Welcome to Terms and Conditions – Isaiah Learning Solutions Pte. Ltd.

The following Terms Of Service and any other rules posted on our Site (collectively the “Terms Of Service”) constitute an agreement between Isaiah Learning Solutions Pte. Ltd. (also known as “Isaiah Learning”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the visitor, governing your access and use of all content and functionalities available on the Isaiah Learning website, related micro-sites accessed through the URL “www.isaiahlearningsolutions.com”, related domain names, and any other website or micro-site of Isaiah Learning (collectively the “site”).

By visiting the site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms Of Service. We may modify the Terms Of Service from time to time and your continued use of this Site (or any of our other Sites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms Of Service.

Those persons wishing to use our services must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. In particular, we draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about Isaiah Learning’s Privacy Policy before you register with us.

Enrolment at Isaiah Learning Solutions Pte. Ltd. (also known as “Isaiah Learning”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
  1. There shall be no refund on payment made on tuition fees.

  2. There shall be only replacement class within 2 weeks for lessons missed by students. 

  3. For any late cancellations of less than 24 hours, only 1 time replacement will be done accordingly per term.

  4. If your child has been booked in for class, and you have cancelled the class less than 24 hours before class starts, on the account that your child is sick, this is still regarded as a late cancellation and lesson will be deducted accordingly. Please submit your child’s Medical Certificate as proof if you would like for a replacement class unless agreed by the Centre.

  5. Trial Class, ONLY one cancellation allowed. Thereafter tuition fee will be deducted accordingly.

  6. There is strictly no extension of class time. If you are late bringing your child for class, class will still end on time, as per confirmed class booking.

  7. Isaiah Learning Solutions does not guarantee that your child will be able to attend any particular class or timeslot or receive classes from any particular staff. Teacher’s details are not provided prior to the start of class, and Parents are under no circumstances, allowed to request for a specific Teacher. This is to prevent favoritism/discrimination towards any staff.

  8. Your child cannot commence or continue classes with us while any fees are outstanding and unpaid. Your child’s place in a class shall not be confirmed until and unless full payment has been received by us.

  9. You agree to fully disclose all necessary information needed for your child’s enrolment and continued enrolment with us. In the event that it’s been brought to our attention that information considered necessary for enrolment is false or withheld, we have the right to suspend or terminate your child from all classes.

  10. Isaiah Learning and our respective staff and teachers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal devices.

  11. You and your child shall be responsible for the security, safety and use of your own personal property on our premises or while otherwise availing of our services, and Isaiah Learning and/or its Staff shall not be held liable for hurt, injury, loss or damage to you, your child, and any of your personal property arising therefrom.

  12. Our WhatsApp Conversation is only operational during working hours, as stipulated on our website. Any queries made during non-working hours will not be entertained, and will only be catered to during working hours.

  13. Isaiah Learning shall not be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps should it happen due to causes beyond the control of Isaiah Learning.

  14. Isaiah Learning reserves the right to terminate a child’s classes with immediate effect in the event that you or your child demonstrates behaviour that is deemed detrimental to the welfare or safety of our staff and other attendees of our premises, or for any other reason that Isaiah Learning deems fit and proper in its absolute discretion. In the event that a child’s classes are all terminated from Isaiah Learning pursuant to this clause, we will not be under any obligation to initiate any refunds. Without prejudice to the generality of this condition, examples of when we may exercise our right include (but is not limited to) cases where you or your child

    (a) cause or threaten to cause physical injury to other parents, students and/or Staff for any reason;

    (b) use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards other parents, students and/or Staff;

    (c) harass, cause alarm or distress to other parents, students and/or Staff;

    (d) fail to comply with any policy, guidelines, code of conduct, regulation, notice, direction or instruction given by Isaiah Learning or any Staff in relation to the conduct of classes or the use of our premises or items or any matter relating to the provision of our services;

    (e) persistently behave in a manner that is disruptive and prevents the continuation of classes or the provision of our services;

    (f) use, disclose or disseminate any of Isaiah Learning’s or our entities’ trademarks or copyright material without obtaining our prior written consent; or

    (g) do not pay any fees payable to us and which are outstanding and remain unpaid.

  15. Should any investigations be deemed by Isaiah Learning  (in its sole discretion) to be necessary or appropriate, the child may be suspended from any or all classes pending such investigation.

  16.  Isaiah Learning reserves the right to make changes to the following, at its sole discretion:

    (a) Make any changes to the conduct of both physical and online classes, including but not limited to, combining, dividing or dissolving a class, changing the teachers, rescheduling classes, and varying the manner in which classes are conducted.

    (b) refuse entry to the child if the child is deemed to be unwell, or if we have reason to believe that the child has been in contact with or has been exposed to another person who is harbouring or is likely to or is suspected to harbour the agents of an Infectious Disease.

  17. You further acknowledge that you shall have no right to use any trademark owned or used by Isaiah Learning  and/or our entities without our express written consent.

  18. You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Isaiah Learning  and its Staff from and against all loss, claims, demands or causes of action and any liabilities, damages, costs or expenses resulting therefrom (including expenses and legal fees on an indemnity basis) caused by, arising out of or relating to the breach of or non- compliance with these Terms & Conditions on your or your child’s part, or arising out of any wilful default, misconduct or negligence on your or your child’s part.

  19. You shall indemnify Isaiah Learning against any loss, cost, claim and expense (including legal costs on any indemnity basis) that we may suffer or incur in protecting or enforcing any of our rights under these Terms & Conditions.

DSA Program

General Terms:

  1. The DSA programme portfolio building services provided by Isaiah Learning  are subject to the following terms and conditions. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Admissions Guarantee:

  1. Isaiah Learning does not guarantee successful admissions into any specific educational institution through the DSA programme.

  2. The chances of a successful DSA application vary between schools. It depends on the number of applications received, your child’s more recent examination grades during the application, and how well your child performs in their tests and interviews. We will however work with you and your child closely to ensure that he is well prepared. Your support and communication with the school is key in increasing your child’s chances of a successful application.

DSA Package:

  1. After the first DSA payment, clients may choose to continue the DSA programme with a second interview package offered by Isaiah Learning for individual training project presentation for stage 2 interview depend on the requirement of the school the child that has applied.

Teachers:

  1. Teacher assignments may vary based on factors such as availability, expertise, and scheduling. All teachers engaged by Isaiah Learning are suitably qualified and experienced. Where necessary, Isaiah Learning  will assign a replacement teacher with comparable experience and skills.

  2. Clients are not permitted to privately solicit or engage Isaiah Learning teachers outside of the tuition for separate arrangements.

Client Responsibilities:

  1. To help us support your child effectively, please provide accurate and up-to-date information (such as academic results or achievements) in a timely manner. If important information is missing or incorrect, it may affect the progress of your child’s DSA preparation.

  2. All portfolio work created for stage 2 interview should be your child’s own, and aligned with the guidelines set by the target schools. We are committed to upholding honesty and integrity in the application process.

  3. To get the most out of the programme, students are expected to attend their scheduled sessions, complete assigned tasks, and stay engaged during training. If a student is consistently unresponsive or absent, it may affect their progress and preparation.

  4. Please help your child stick to the agreed DSA class schedule. If changes are needed, do reach out — we’ll try our best to accommodate, depending on availability.

  5. We ask that both parents and students follow the programme guidelines, and avoid any actions that could affect the application outcome (such as submitting non-original work or breaching school rules).

  6. In rare cases where there’s a serious breach of programme expectations, Isaiah Learning reserves the right to discontinue the DSA programme. We’ll always do our best to communicate and work with you before taking such steps.

Scope of Services:

  1. Isaiah Learning ’s role is to provide guidance, training, and mentorship in preparing the student’s DSA portfolio readiness. We do not complete applications on the client’s behalf, submit school forms, or communicate directly with schools unless specifically agreed.

  2. Services include but are not limited to: portfolio coaching, interview preparation, project work supervision, and timeline management.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

34. All personal and academic information shared with Isaiah Learning will be kept strictly confidential.

35. Isaiah Learning complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Data will only be used for programme purposes and will not be shared externally without consent.

Intellectual Property

36. All tuition materials, templates, or resources provided by Isaiah Learning  remain the intellectual property of Isaiah Learning. Clients may use them solely for personal and educational purposes within the scope of the DSA programme.

37. Students retain ownership of the original portfolio work they create during the DSA preparation

38. Isaiah Learning may feature student projects or success stories in its marketing materials (e.g. anonymised showcases, testimonials.)

Payment and Refunds

39. The fees for the DSA programme portfolio building services are outlined in the pricing agreement provided by Isaiah Learning.

40. Payment should be made as per the agreed schedule, and any outstanding payments may result in the suspension of services.

41. Once services have commenced, fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of the admission outcome.

42. Refunds are not provided due to changes in schedule or teacher assignments.

43. In the event of student withdrawal, no refunds will be granted for unused sessions.

Force Majeure

44. Isaiah Learning shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or failure to perform due to events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, government regulations).

45. In such cases,  Isaiah Learning may adjust, reschedule, or move services online.

We hold complete rights to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.

Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, enrol on our course, verify your credit card, place an order, we imply that you consent to us collecting your personal information and agree and consent that your personal data provided may be collected, used, processed and disclosed by Isaiah Learning  for the purposes of processing your registration, as well as for the programme delivery involved, invitations to future events and online surveys, marketing and promotional activities on print and social media, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and all subsidiary legislation related thereto. In respect of disclosure, I understand that Isaiah Learning may disclose my personal data to affiliated organisations and partners (which may be in or outside of Singapore) where necessary for the above-stated purposes.
