🌱 Background Story
I may seem like just another tutor, but this journey is deeply personal.
Back when teaching in MOE schools, many of my students spoke softly and walked with their heads down, often believing they weren’t "cut out for school".
It broke my heart to see them being overlooked, underestimated, and labelled. But in fact, they were full of resilience, determination and willingness to learn.
That's when I knew I had to do more.
To advocate, uplift, and walk alongside with them.

💡 My Beliefs & Motto
I believe every child deserves a chance to shine, no matter their stream, results, or where they come from. Whether they're from an elite school like ACS or (G1) background, it doesn't define someone's worth. What matters more is their growth, grit and their sense of self-worth.
My personal motto has always been, "Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."
“I get it now” may be just three simple words, but when a student says it with that spark in their eyes, it means everything.
That joy and breakthrough is what keeps me going and what I live for at Isaiah Learning Solutions.

Some of the students who inspire me most aren’t the top scorers, but those who started in ITE or the Normal stream and kept going, even when it was tough.
One student joined ITE after struggling academically for years. Today, he’s a graduate from NTU and leads outreach programmes for youth.
Another came back after completing Poly to tell me how the discipline and values he picked up during my lessons helped him through.
Many of them are now working and doing well, proving that the path to success may not always be linear. These alumni also often come back to thank us during Chinese New Year.
